| DINI PARTNERS PROMOTES FAYRUZ BENYOUSEF TO PARTNER
(Austin, TX – March 4, 2008) David Jones, managing partner of Dini Partners, a Houston-based fundraising consulting firm, announced today that Fayruz M. Benyousef has been promoted to partner. Working from the firm’s Austin office, Benyousef joined Dini Partners as a consultant in 1998 and has guided capital campaigns for nonprofit organizations in fields including secondary and higher education, human services, healthcare, and the arts.
According to Jones, “Fayruz Benyousef has been an outstanding performer, motivating her team of consultants and guiding her clients to exceed their expectations and accomplish remarkable goals. I know that she will play an important part as our firm continues to grow our national client base.”
Prior to joining Dini Partners, Benyousef began her career at her alma mater, Dickinson College, where she helped to implement a successful $43 million capital campaign. She also served as Development Director with Ballet Austin, where she formed and directed the planning for the company’s first major multimillion-dollar capital campaign.
Benyousef is a past President of the Austin Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and was named the 2006 Outstanding Fundraising Professional of the Year by AFP – Austin. She serves on the Board of Planet Cancer, a nonprofit that provides support to young adults in their 20s and 30s with cancer, and is an active volunteer with the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
